We’re looking for a Project Manager based in Glasgow to manage the portfolio of the Data Science team .

What you’ll do:

  • Manage several stream’s of work, creating plans and tracking progress.

  • Create project charters with clear articulation across Aggreko’s technology function, business units and Group functions.

  • Identify and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with other key business objectives.

  • Build and deliver appropriate projects, milestones and sprint plans.

  • Own the issue and risk management process.

  • Project execution and leadership of the project team.

  • Manage project demands; intercept issues and implement countermeasures as required.

  • Status reporting; communicate key risks and issues to the PMO, project team and business stakeholders.

  • Present information on project outcomes in a timely manner and shaped to the relevant audience.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a technology project management role.

  • APM or Prince 2 certification – foundation (practitioner desirable).

  • Proven stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in executing Waterfall, Agile projects, or Hybrid methodologies.

  • Structured approach to problem solving and improvement planning.

  • Able to work under pressure and to tight timelines.

  • Experience of delivering technical projects in an enterprise environment.
