Company Description:

Part of the Eurofins group, Micro-B SRL provides analytical and consulting services in the fields of environmental, food, and industrial microbiology and chemistry through its laboratory, serving both private and public sectors. We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.

Position: Project Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and budget constraints.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and optimal management of company resources.

• Monitor and report on project progress to key stakeholders.

• Identify and manage risks and issues that may affect project advancement.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and company procedures at every stage of the project.

• Oversee/manage the organization of flows and resources following any tenders.

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial/Management.

• Previous experience as a Project Manager.

• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge of the English language.
