Do you want to use and develop your skills within project management to shape the development of future aseptic production facilities in a large global pharmaceutical company? Does international collaboration across boundaries excite you?If yes, you might be the Project Manager we are looking for in our global Fill & Finish Expansions project!The PositionAs a Project Manager in aseptic production, you will be a key player in managing and coordinating our activities located within the Technology Standards department of Fill & Finish Expansions. Our team is made up of highly competent professionals and specialists, who are designing the working procedures for our new facilities. The team collaborates with several stakeholders across global sites in Europe, USA, China, and Brazil. We focus on having a fun and including team spirit, where curiosity drives us to learn every day.Your key tasks will be:

• Planning of activities for the team’s deliverables (incl. time schedules).
• Ensuring communication to global sites, and stakeholder involvement.
• Facilitation of workshops and meetings to drive alignment and decisions.
• Managing interfaces between the team and other functional areas within the Fill & Finish Expansions program.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we imagine you to have:

• An educational background in Engineering, Project Management or another relevant field of study.
• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or knowledge about GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes).
• An action-oriented personality with focus on execution.
• An ability to communicate clearly to different stakeholders across the globe (fluency in English is required).
• Curiosity about our work processes and a willingness to learn.

About the DepartmentOur department, Technology Standards, is situated in the newly created SVP area of Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approx. 25.000 of Novo Nordisk’s more than 60.000 employees.Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and built all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our aseptic production facilities with the use of modern technology, as we are setting the standards for the aseptic production of the future. Facilities designed today which we will still be proud of 20 years from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a clear global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
