Job Description:
As a Project Manager and mixed-signal IC design engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and validation of transistor-level analog/mixed-signal blocks for our client’s hardware platform. Additionally, you will oversee Project Management for the Analog team.

Responsibilities:
•Develop project plans outlining the scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements for analog design projects.
•Efficiently allocate resources, including analog design engineers, equipment, and budget, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
•Perform detailed transistor-level circuit design, including design capture, simulation, layout design, layout guidance, and design documentation.
•Design and develop system architecture for ultra-low-power Analog applications. Translate system-level requirements to block-level specifications. Participate in system-level modeling and simulation design activities.
•Verify the design of new architectures and circuits such as filters, ADCs, etc.
•Validate IC design through laboratory tests and measurements. Support product engineering to meet volume production needs and application engineering to meet customer requirements.

Requirements:
Our client seeks a result-driven and conscientious analog/mixed-signal IC Project Manager with a proactive and can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will have:
•A Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of hands-on experience and a proven track record in Analog IC design.
•2+ years of Project Management experience.
•Extensive experience in analog circuit design, including one or more of the following blocks: VGA, Gm-C and RC filters, Opamp, band-gap reference, and passive RF components.
•Extensive experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal design for circuits and systems such as ADCs and discrete-time switched-cap filters.
•Expertise in physical design and verification, including LVS, DRC, Density, RDL, DFM, Antenna fixes, ESD, signal integrity, and electromigration.
•Proficiency in modeling analog circuits and hardware description languages such as Verilog-A.
•Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills in English.
