Project Manager (HR) – Hybrid Contract
Location: Prague
Contract Type: Hybrid (5-month contract)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in Human Resources to join our team in Prague on a 5-month hybrid contract. In this role, you’ll oversee HR-related projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning & Coordination: Lead project planning activities focused on HR resourcing, staffing, supply management, and subcontracting.
* Project Execution: Monitor and manage the progress of HR-related projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
* Quality & Reliability: Ensure project outcomes meet high standards of technical quality and reliability.
* Reporting & Troubleshooting: Prepare regular progress reports and address any issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
* People Management: Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team performance.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate project performance, recommending adjustments to schedules, resources, or costs as necessary.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within the Human Resources field.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work effectively with moderate guidance and manage a wide range of HR-related tasks.
* Proficiency in Czech and English.
