and guaranteeing a robust project oversight.As our HRIS Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation and optimization of our
HRIS landscape. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, streamline processes, and enhance the overall employee experience.You will be a part of the HRIS team at Global People & Culture, and you will collaborate closely with cross-
functional teams, including People & Culture, Digital Technology, Finance and Business stakeholders to
ensure a seamless and successful implementation.Joining our HRIS team at Global People and Culture, your major responsibilities will be:

• Lead end-to-end project management for our HRIS journey.
• Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Help facilitate key project forums, e.g. advisory board, sounding board.
• Conduct regular status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage change requests, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.

About youWe are seeking a seasoned project manager with over four years of proven experience in HRIS implementations or related HR technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, particularly large HRIS platforms.Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels. You should have solid organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a critical thinking mindset, using data-driven approaches, are crucial for addressing challenges and driving decision-making.We value a proactive, self-driven individual who is passionate about driving positive change and making a meaningful impact. A collaborative mindset is necessary, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality is crucial, as is the ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands. While project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential. The job location is in Copenhagen, Denmark, where you will be part of the Global People & Culture team at Falck.
