functional teams, including People & Culture, Digital Technology, Finance and Business stakeholders to

About youWe are seeking a seasoned project manager with over four years of proven experience in HRIS implementations or related HR technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, particularly large HRIS platforms.Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels. You should have solid organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a critical thinking mindset, using data-driven approaches, are crucial for addressing challenges and driving decision-making.We value a proactive, self-driven individual who is passionate about driving positive change and making a meaningful impact. A collaborative mindset is necessary, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality is crucial, as is the ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands. While project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential. The job location is in Copenhagen, Denmark, where you will be part of the Global People & Culture team at Falck.
