Project Manager to take the full ownership of all our PMS, POS, Concept & Payments projects, manage key client projects and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Job Description

• Define the project scope and objectives and ensure that all projects are deliverable on time within the budget
• Allocate project resources by ensuring their availability and manage the project teams to meet the project schedules and timelines
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders and provide high quality customer service in order to maximize potential revenue
• Measure and report internal and external performance to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term projects

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background and a minimum of 5 year’s work experience as a project manager; preferably in the international hotel, travel or hospitality IT software and technology space.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of PMS, POS, or Golf&Spa products
• Prioritization expert with ability to multi-task and outstanding organizational skills
• Well-structured, loyal and initiative person with a get-it-done attitude
• Flexibility and adaptability in customer change requests and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and experience in Smartsheet, Saviom, Zoho, Jira, or equivalent project management software
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. Multi-lingual beneficial.
• PMP, Agile or Prince II Certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time both domestically and internationally.
