In the face of increasing regulatory demands on banking activities worldwide, coupled with market-driven pushes for efficiency and digital transformation, maintaining a competitive edge in the banking sector is a formidable challenge.Project Manager (Cybersecurity)Responsibilities: – The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a range of medium sized projects across the Engineering team to support the Change program outcomes. These include software improvements, capability uplift and technical delivery improvements, process automation and application feature roll-out.
– Produce full project plans.
– Define project requirements.
– Produce and deliver user test plans.
– Manage the overall architecture delivery book of work.
– Manage required HSBC governance processes to support system delivery and operational processes (e.g., External Hosting Committees and Data Visa)
– Produce updated operational processes to support new features and tooling.
– Manage the project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments, and changes.
– Produce project status reports and ad hoc reporting requirements on the health of the projects.
– Proactively manage all project & delivery risks, issues, and dependencies
– Work with Programme managers to ensure project activities are aligned to wider programme objectives.
– Be the main contact for respective projects across the wider programme.
– Track and manage risks throughout the lifecycle of the project.
– Deliver successful project outcomes (i.e., ensuring it is on time and within budget).
– Contribute to and agree business transition plans including handover criteria, ensuring all delivery expectation are meet before handing final activities to BAU.Knowledge: Technical Skill Set Required
– Strong experience in delivering Agile projects for software delivery teams
– Experience in technology delivery in a complex organisation
– Experience in business requirements definition and testing
– Delivery of business process documentation
– Excellent planning and reporting skills

Soft Skill Required
– Ability to work in fast paced environment and ever-changing priorities and having extremely flexible to manage workload.
– Able to support aggressive delivery timelines without compromising on quality.
