Support, coordinate and execute innovation and strategy projects as part of CHEP transformation roadmap. Serve as a facilitator of innovation and strategy projects that need internal and external buy-in to ensure that projects are executed in the agreed timeframes and to the desired quality. Drive the development and evolution of CHEP business by supporting Country Leadership. Lead and execute/support selected strategic initiatives.Innovation & Strategy Management
- Lead multiple innovation and strategy projects that will shape the future of CHEP and support the country strategy.
- Collaborate with internal & central divisions (Commercial, Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, PMO) to set-up and lead projects from business case development, pilot, incubation
- Ensure that innovative processes are successfully developed and implemented.
- Be the owner and first point of contact for the organization with regards to selected transformation and innovation topics and ensure that information and knowledge on these topics is shared with other teams.
Project Management
- Effectively and independently lead and coordinate projects within the broader strategy and transformation framework.
- Responsible for professional project delivery according to plans and objectives, while maintaining plans and proper production of project documentation involving internal and external project members, including presentations in front of senior management and ensuring buy-in.
- Develop and manage a monthly scorecard and KPIs to provide full transparency on the success and pipeline of the innovation/strategy roadmap.
Other
- Collect new ideas from the organization, evaluate the business value and execute on the ideas through either support or direct project management.
- Support in executing global innovations that originate from the Shaping our Future workstreams and adapt to a local level.
- Continuously screen the market to identify new trends and logistic innovations that could be of benefit to CHEP PL&BALT
Your profile:
- University degree in logistics management, business administration, finance or equivalent
- 3 or more years in a strategy or innovation role with focus on logistics or supply chain
- 3 years’ experience in project and / or program management
- Experience in developing business cases, executing POCs, evaluating success and implementing new solutions to become business as usual
- Managing and influencing stakeholders
