You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines.What benefits and opportunities does Ansell offer?· Competitive compensation, including a performance-based annual incentives· Flexible and hybrid schedule· An inclusive and collaborative environment that values diversity and fosters an international culture· Ansell University programs to develop professional and interpersonal skills· Opportunities to advance and grow within the company· Meal vouchers, medical insurance, group insurance, public transport ticket, parking space available at the office, net allowanceWhat will your role be?Collaborating with our cross functional teams including analysts, IT, and commercial stakeholders, and reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement EMEA-APAC, you will have the opportunity to:· Develop & follow up detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for data automation and integration initiatives.· Define requirements to fully automate commercial data dashboards that provide real-time business insights.· Understand and assess current data setup related to sales, pricing, commercial conditions, approval flows, etc. and come up with redesign proposals that will make our tools and reporting more efficient.· Provide direction and guidance to colleagues involved in the projects, fostering collaboration and innovation; to be proactive change agent demonstrating sound business knowledge while delivering on-time, on-budget and high-quality results.· Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including senior management; provide regular updates on project status, issues, and risks.· Lead project execution, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure project success.· Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.· Develop and maintain project management guidelines, standards, procedures, templates, leading practices, tools, and frameworks. Align with existing Ansell policies/ standards and propose improvement as required.· Oversee the testing and validation of data integration and automation processes to ensure quality and compliance with standards.· Facilitate training sessions for end-users on new tools, systems, and processes.What will you bring to Ansell?· Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a B2B multi-national company.· Strong expertise in Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.), data architecture, automation technologies, and acquisitions’ integration processes.· Strong business, financial, and strategic acumen with proven ability to establish standards, identify improvements, and implement process enhancements.· Expertise in Smartsheet and proficiency in project management and data management tools.· Knowledge of ERP & CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce), data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik), and Microsoft tools; Automation tools (SQL, Python) is advantageous.· Strategic problem-solving skills and ability to balance short- and long-term goals.· Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.· Successful track record in leading and delivering complex projects.· Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Agile or other relevant project management certifications a plus· Languages: Fluent English (written & spoken), any other languages a plus· Strong alignment with Ansell Values:Whatever you do, take PRIDE:o Passiono Reliableo Integrityo Delivero Empowerment· This role may require occasional travel within EMAP region.Join us to lead the world to a safer future, apply today!Please submit your resume in English.Equal Opportunity EmployerAnsell commits to securing an equal opportunity recruitment and selection process.
