• Liderar el despliegue y evolución del modelo digitalizado para las aperturas hoteleras, actualmente en fase Test.
• Desarrollar el plan detallado del proyecto, identificando todos los ámbitos de impacto.
• Aplicar la metodología más adecuada para cada tipo de proyecto.
• Gestionar los recursos internos, externos y proveedores para la correcta ejecución de los proyectos. Liderar los esfuerzos de coordinación interdepartamental necesarios para el avance del proyecto.
• Coordinar la herramienta de gestión de proyectos de la compañía. Key account.
• Asegurar el correcto desarrollo e implementación de proyectos con la calidad, plazos y costes definidos.
• Gestionar los cambios de prioridades y alcance.
• Gestionar las expectativas de los stakeholders del proyecto, asegurando un alto grado de satisfacción.
• Elaborar informes del grado de avance y gestión de riesgos.

What are we looking for?

• Project Manager: coordinación, organización, planificación, resolución problemas, gestión del tiempo, etc.
• Analítica, para análisis funcionamiento actual y elaboración de propuestas.
• Alta capacidad comunicación.
• Gestión de equipos internos y externos
• Nivel alto inglés.
• Facilidad uso aplicaciones de metodología proyectos y microinformática.
• Alto conocimiento del negocio Hotelero, experiencia mínima 3 años.
• Conocimiento de funcionamiento de los departamentos del hotel.
• Conocimiento de departamentos Corporativos que dar servicio a los hoteles.
• Conocimiento en procesos para apertura de Hoteles.
