Requirements:

• documented knowledge of Agile/Scrum framework
• knowledge of Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence)
• fluent spoken and written English (minimum C1 level)
• strong analytical and communication skills allowing for deep understanding business needs of clients and internal stakeholders
• ability to manage international team working within different timezones
• ability to work at least 3 days onsite in the Gdańsk office (Ul. Trzy Lipy 3C)
• growth and open-minded mindset
• knowledge of any of those solutions will be a plus: HubSpot CRM, Stripe, Elementor, Slack, Google Workspace
• experience from B2B SaaS or software area will be a plus
