Type: Permanent, On-SiteRole Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Project Manager to take charge of a high-profile data centre project. This role demands a strong leader capable of guiding a diverse team, adhering to strict project timelines, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.Your Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Craft detailed project plans with clear timelines and milestones. Ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of all project phases.
• Leadership: Inspire and manage a multi-disciplinary team, promoting collaboration and high performance. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among all parties involved.
• Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, control expenditures, and ensure financial efficiency. Provide regular financial and progress reports to senior management.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality control processes to meet the highest construction and engineering standards. Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders. Deliver regular updates and promptly address any issues.

Your Profile:

• Proven track record as a Project Manager on large-scale construction or engineering projects, preferably in the data centre sector.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly valued.
