Descrizione aziendaOur client, a leading multinational company operating in the field of automation for the Retail, Banking and Distribution markets, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager.PosizioneIn this role, the chosen candidate will engage with multiple departments (operations, R&D, quality, purchasing, finance, product management) in a multinational environment with R&D spread across EMEA and the US working in the manufacturing industry machinery. Will manage multidisciplinary projects of different sizes, where the application of business methodologies and practices is important. Furthermore, its ability to seamlessly interact with global organizations will be essential to the success of projects.RequisitiKey Accountabilities

  • Support product management in the new project initiative creation making product cost and effort estimation following the stage and gate process;
  • Responsibility and accountability for the project, define roles and responsibilities according to the organization;
  • Creation of the WBS and Project baseline, in collaboration with the R&D teams, taking responsibility for defining the plans and assigned project schedules;
  • Identification and monitoring the project critical paths and issues/risks;
  • Coordinate the development team as technical project manager and the interaction with process manufacturing including certification activities and quality approval phases guided by stage and gate process;
  • Promote process adoption and best practice, be part of the methodologies team in PMO;
  • Conduct and drive the technical review with pillars (DFMEA, design review, etc.) of each area involved;
  • Management of the daily activities of the project tracking with the R&D team;
  • Reporting status to different level in the Company;
  • Cost control and monitoring interfacing with purchasing and finance team;
  • Coordination of project resources, with particular focus on defining priorities in accordance with Product Management and sales priorities;
  • Establishing and managing project workload forecasting based on project planning and schedule.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Master’s Degree;
  • Bachelor’s Degree Engineering, preferred electronics;
  • Optional and preferred if available certification project management (Prince2, PMI PMP, etc.);
  • At least 4 years of experience in the industrial or automotive sector;
  • Preferred experience and technical background in electronics and FW/SW embedded;
  • Agile and Scrum knowledge;
  • Tool: MS Office, Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet;
  • Demonstrable experience (at least 3-4 years) in Project Management.
