Apply today and join us as our new Project Manager, playing a key role in preparing our supply chain for the future!The positionOur department is facing an increased number of new projects, as new primary packaging components and systems are to be developed to accommodate the increasing pipeline of Novo Nordisk, and we need you on our journey!As Project Manager, you will be responsible for a global project to specify and implement a new Primary Packaging platform across production facilities worldwide within Novo Nordisk. You will interact with local teams, international sites, and Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) to specify Primary Packaging specifications, and implementation at production sites at Novo Nordisk as well as suppliers to Novo Nordisk.Due to the strategic nature of the projects, you interact with senior leadership across Injectable Finished Products, both at headquarters as well as across the manufacturing network.Your key responsibilities include:

It would be considered as a plus if you possess knowledge within glass, rubber, aluminium, medical devices, and experience with requirement/system engineering, risk management, and quality specifications in the pharmaceutical business.As a person, you are motivated by identifying lasting and robust solutions that can be incorporated in manufacturing processes. You work in a structured manner and take ownership of your assignments. With your analytical and problem-solving skills, you can analyse different solutions, both in the scoping phase as well as during the project. Lastly, you possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills that enables you to build strong relations across the organisation.
About the departmentAs Project Manager, you will join the Material Manufacturing Development in Product Supply Sourcing Operations, which consists of 100+ employees organised in 3 departments. We are responsible for development and implementation of complex materials (raw materials, excipients, Primary Packaging materials, etc.) from development to production and maintaining documentation on existing materials.We cooperate with a variety of functions, including Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control, Device & Delivery Solutions, QC laboratories, Quality Assurance, various Novo Nordisk production sites, and a range of external suppliers and CMOs.You will be working in the headquarters with an environment characterized by innovation, openness and highly engaged colleagues who work dedicated to help us change lives for the better for patients around the world.
