We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our business operations team and be responsible for the lifecycle of projects from project kickoff to commercial launch, including planning, execution, and testing.

- This is a fixed-term contract based at our Chiswick, London office.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Responsible for the lifecycle of a project from project kickoff to commercial launch, including planning, execution, and testing.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. Projects must be well-planned, well-executed, and well-managed.
- Work with external and internal stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create project plans and timelines, monitor progress, and identify critical milestones and dependencies. Adjust timelines as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Maintain a consistent approach to oversight and performance reporting of projects.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them using RAIDS. Monitor risks throughout the project and take corrective action as needed.
- Track and oversee the delivery of Change Requests (CRs).
- Ensure that the project meets or exceeds quality standards by developing quality control plans and monitoring project deliverables.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they have the information needed to make decisions.
- Support the team in identifying & documenting project processes and outputs.
- Provide regular performance reports on live projects to senior management.
- Work closely with colleagues across teams to ensure robust project management principles are embedded in key processes.
- Monitor and analyze project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and propose operational improvements or cost savings for future projects.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
- Recognized project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, AMP, etc.).
- Typically 3 years proven project management experience
- Strong project management skills with experience leading and managing large, complex projects.
- Knowledge and application of various project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum approaches.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with experience producing reports and presentations for senior audiences.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage work effectively at an operational level and deliver to agreed timescales and standards.
- Strong self-management skills, with the ability to work independently, use initiative, and remain flexible and adaptable.
- Confident decision-making skills for both strategic and operational scenarios.
- Self starter with a strong background in project planning
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
- Previous experience in OTT a plus.
