As a project manager, you bring order and structure to complex, multidisciplinary projects. You know how to streamline internal processes and prioritize effectively. You seamlessly coordinate between different stakeholders, from internal departments to customers and suppliers, to ensure everything runs according to plan.Your approach is structured and goal-oriented. Through clear communication, you create transparency about progress, tasks, and potential issues. You meticulously monitor deadlines, coordinate project team tasks, and work together with colleagues from disciplines such as Engineering, Facility, QHSE, and Procurement. You recognize risks early and act quickly to manage them.In addition, you continuously work on improving our internal processes. You analyze what can be done better and implement improvements to make future projects even more efficient. You are a true connector who ensures that projects are not only completed successfully but also create lasting value for our customers and our organization. You achieve this by:

• organising and executing projects, such as customer implementations and process adjustments;
• creating transparency regarding status, tasks, and issues for stakeholders;
• analysing and managing risks;
• coordinating the project team and motivating them to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

• hbo or academic work and thinking level, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics project management, for example as an Engineer;
• knowledge of logistics processes, systems, and project management methodologies such as Prince2; •
• experience with logistics automation projects and Lean Six Sigma certification (e.g., yellow, green, or black belt);
• strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, in speech and writing;
• a structured, pragmatic, and hands-on mentality.
