DCG is a modern technology company, gathering in its ranks IT related professionals. Due to the continuous development and the large number of recruitment projects that we carry out for our Partners, we are looking for a person for the position:Project ManagerResponsibilities:

  • Lead Complex Infrastructure Projects: Manage multiple high-complexity projects, including cloud migrations, by coordinating efforts across diverse technology teams, business units, and stakeholders to achieve strategic goals
  • Agile Project Management: Serve as Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure successful project delivery
  • End-to-End Delivery Planning: Develop comprehensive delivery plans, aligning tasks from various engineering and integration teams to meet business requirements and project timelines
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Drive weekly execution planning meetings, coordinating with product engineering, infrastructure support teams, and other stakeholders to track task progress and manage cross-functional dependencies
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues, leveraging technical expertise and interpersonal skills to manage expectations and ensure project success
  • Documentation and Compliance: Create detailed documentation and presentation materials to communicate project status, ensuring compliance with program requirements and timely resolution of QA and compliance-related items

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful infrastructure project management experience in relevant domains, with a strong focus on technology transformation and change management
  • Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills, with experience in guiding teams, influencing decisions, and implementing process improvements
  • Proficient in both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a preference for experience in managing multiple Agile projects
  • Proven ability to gather and analyze business and technical requirements, defining project scope and objectives to drive successful outcomes
  • Advanced skills in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office applications
  • PMP certification in Project Management is preferred. Scrum Master or relevant Agile certification is highly preferred
  • Strong ability to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and protecting engineering teams from unnecessary workload
  • Very good command of English (oral and written)
