So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.The Engineering & Supply group consists of commercial and technical project managers, mechanical engineers, automation engineers and technical designers. Moreover, the group include a workshop for manufacturing. The department works with process and mechanical design, cost estimation, manufacturing, and commissioning of membrane systems worldwide. As Project Manager you will be responsible for contact with customers and with the Alfa Laval sales, technical and commercial project management as well as organizing and managing your project team to ensure the success of your projects. Key tasks and responsibilities:Manage projects and contracts from bid phase to final hand-over to customer, delivering on costs, time, and quality.Apply best project management practices to lead and steer the team members safely through all stages of the project.Review cost estimates and quotes and develop and comply with project budgets and manage variations and change orders.Develop and manage project time- and resource schedules.Participate in development of best practice and securing well-functioning cooperation with our stakeholders and colleagues from other departments.The job is based in Søborg or/and Nakskov. If you choose to work from Søborg, there will be regular trips to Nakskov regarding projects. There will be 20-40 travelling days a year globally. Alfa Laval offers a hybrid work model with the opportunity to work from home when it fits with your tasks.

What You KnowThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record within project management, demonstrating a strong ability to lead and coordinate various projects effectively. A solid technical background is essential, with a preference for candidates who hold a degree in engineering or a related field, ideally at the master’s level (M.Sc.).
