– Manage medium to high complexity R&D projects globally, from concept to pre-launch, ensuring alignment with commercial and supply partners.
– Translate R&D concepts into robust commercial strategies and metrics, including business cases, scenario planning, and financial estimations.
– Facilitate seamless communication between technical teams and stakeholders across Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations.
– Implement ABI Agile project management methodologies and governance standards.
– Collaborate closely with Zone counterparts to ensure alignment on project objectives and consumer success criteria.
– Identify and escalate obstacles in the FEI Development Process for prompt resolution.Key Accountabilities:
– Apply ABI Agile Project Management methodology rigorously across global and zone projects.
– Utilize effective project management tools to ensure meticulous planning, cost management, and risk mitigation.
– Define frameworks and assist in executing long-term strategic plans in collaboration with global and zone teams.
– Communicate project progress and relevant information to stakeholders, including delivering monthly reports.
– Champion best practices identification and implementation to optimize company-wide benefits.
