We are supporting a new client: an independent, non-profit organisation that supports the development of solutions to improve the health of the Baltic Sea for future generations.Our client is starting a new project within limiting phosphorus run off from the agricultural and animal industry.We are looking for a Project Manager who will initiate appropriate actions with his/her vision.Job description:Identify, evaluate and implement project(s) in Poland with tasks as follow:Project and relationship management of various stakeholdersScouting and developing new projects in PolandEvaluation of project resultsOverall project responsibility – including budgetQuantitatively and qualitatively evaluate possible projectsSet relevant project KPI’sBe part of RFTB’s Polish core team, which will include:Participate in and contribute to the development of RFTB’s Polish operationsSupport in growing the Polish officeHelp out where necessary, with administrative as well as strategic workProfile:At least 7 years of work experienceUniversity educationExperience from running and leading projects with external partnersAnalytical mindset and excel competenceComfortable with approaching new contacts in various fieldsProfessional Polish and English skillsInterest or knowledge of water issues and/or chemistry, a network in polish politics and experience from budget responsibility or technology evaluation is a plusExperience from the agricultural industry, e.g. working as a researcher/scientist, project management within animal breeding or other agricultural projects is a plusLocated in Tricity/Warsaw/Poznan/Szczecin/OlsztynWhat we offer:Work opportunity in an international environmental non-profit foundation with high level of independency and satisfaction from achieved goals (individual and as a Team)Real possibility to have full impact on development and foundation’s strategyAbility to make a difference and support positive changes in Baltic Sea regionClose cooperation with decision makers both on business and governmental sideCompetitive salary, benefits package, training and workshopsCo powinieneś zrobić?
