About this vacancy

• Jij bent verantwoordelijk om verbeter projecten te leiden en begeleiden door de gehele supply chain organisatie;
• Je hebt verstand van supply chain flows binnen een technische of maakindustrie omgeving;
• Je weet hoe je een projectplanning ontwikkeld en uitvoert;
• Kennis van ERP, inkoop, verkoop en customer service is een pre;
• Een aanstekelijk werkende overtuiging waarmee jij jouw team kunt aansturen, maar ook in beweging kunt zetten. Je bent een vraagbaken en neemt de adviserende rol op je;
• Je hebt ervaring met verschillende rollen in de supply chain en/of hebt al eerder aan projecten gewerkt;
• Je hebt oog voor het borgen van kwaliteit en verbind iedere chain in het proces met elkaar;
• Je weet jouw stakeholders goed mee te nemen in en tijdens het project. Overwegend plan je voortgangsmeetings en evaluaties strategisch in;
• Je weet hoe je QLTC borgt en houdt continu rekening met de risicobeheersing tijdens de duur van het gehele project.

What we expect from youDe wereld van Supply Chain is uitdagend, divers en beweegt continu. Een prachtig vakgebied om jouw competenties in te laten floreren. Jij:

• Hebt een afgerond HBO/WO diploma, bij voorkeur in de richting Supply Chain, Technische Bedrijfskunde, Operations & Logistics (Engineering), of technische basisopleiding;
• Krijgt energie van complexe uitdagingen die je op projectbasis gaat uitvoeren;
• Bent communicatief vaardig en weet ten alle tijden jouw stakeholder management skills in te zetten om mensen te verbinden;
• Weet in een sterk veranderende en dynamische omgeving processen te doorgronden, beheersen en zo nodig te verbeteren: je bent in control;
• Verschillende logistieke besturingssystemen (bijvoorbeeld ERP/WMS/TMS) zijn voor jou makkelijk te doorgronden, te begrijpen en kan waar noodzakelijk advies- of verbeteringstrajecten uitvoeren;
• Houdt ervan jezelf uit te dagen en je gaat aan op persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling;
• Beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Elke andere taal is een mooie pré.
