Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Poland ( Remote based)
Contract: 18 Months with possibility of extensionJob Summary:This role is for a project manager in one of our country project teams.This role is to work as a liaison among stakeholders and SMEs to elicit, develop the scope and plan, manage the progress of the plan, communicate and deliver the implementation of agreed requirements for changes to business processes, policies and systems. Leads the scope, plan and benefits realization of business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements, and recommends solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its goals. Works with teams to help them understand and implement the solutions agreed in the business case document. Supports the programme manager and country leads.Qualifications:§ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceKnowledge, Skills, Experience:§ Significant experience of successful Lean / Operational Excellence project delivery
§ Experience of having led Change Project in Global and/or large complex organisations with a track record of delivery to the agreed outcomes
§ Expert knowledge of change management principles and methodologies with experience in role, process and systems transformations
§ Ability to find innovative ways of solving or pre-empting problems
§ Capable facilitator and able to drive outcomes and solutions
§ Experience of working within financial services (insurance industry preferable)
§ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
§ Cultural awareness and able to adapt style and approach to the country they are working inTechnical:§ Experience of: Project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project)
§ Experience of facilitating workshops and conducting interviews with stakeholders at all levels
§ Understanding of organisation structure, functional interaction and roles and responsibilities
§ Understanding and experience of the full project lifecycle
§ Preferred experience in BPO or off-shoring
§ Managing a multi-application Technology Implementation
§ Leading Systems Analysis – Reconciling Business Requirements with System Capabilities
§ Co-ordinating Functional Testing Design and Execution (configuration validation)
§ Numerate and IT literate and a proficient user of Microsoft Office tools specifically: PowerPoint and Excel
§ Experience of Process modelling tools (e.g. Visio) and any resource or financial planning toolsHighly Desirable:§ Insurance industry background and understanding of the role of Broker
§ Familiar with a range of insurance processes and technology
§ High-level understanding of insurance regulations
§ Operations management experience
