The Project Manager is in charge of coordinating all the tasks that have to be performed from a cross functional organization in order to realize complex production facilities, achieving targets in terms of time, cost and Customer satisfaction. He/She plan and track, by multi-projects Gantt Charts, all the activities of the project ensuring a reliable schedule and making proper risk analysis. He/She preserves the control of the project constantly in order to promptly identify deviation and apply corrective action to ensure the respect of the targets. He/She manages the communication with internal and external stakeholders providing updated and complete information. He/She ensures the successful execution of the installation on-site managing dedicated resources whenever necessary. He/She is in charge to solve promptly the failures that can occur during the installation. He/She leads internal team and external resources in order to guarantee a proper support to the Customer, working closely with the After Sales Service Specialist, providing short-term solution in case of urgent issues and helping Product Owners in the process of root cause analysis to identify long-term solution for the development and improvement of the products.

Your Impact

-Plan and implement projects creating a schedule and project timeline, actively support the definition of project scope, technical specifications, goals and deliverables
-Define tasks and required resources, collect and manage project team
-Monitor the execution of the project implementing corrective action if needed and ensure a cross-function project monitoring
-Implement and manage changes if needed to meet project outputs
-Lead the execution of Quality and Warranty Claims, and manage together with After Sales Service Specialist retrofit campaigns
 

Your Experience and Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields or 2-3 years’ experience in project management gained in technical/industrial field
-Excellent communication, Conflict resolution capabilities
-Good written and spoken English
-Multi-tasking skills
-Problem Solving attitude
