If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.You will join the PSQ Project Management team consisting of four Project Managers, and report directly to Charlotte Mackeprang, Senior Director,who is based in Hellerup. Additionally, you will also support the Executive Vice President of PSQ, handling tasks both within the project management team and across the broader organization.Key competencies:You are a self-starter who can identify tasks that needs to be done and can act independently. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, you are proactive and possess a “can do” attitude. You thrive in environments that involve coordinating activities and interacting with many different stakeholders. Additionally, you excel at maintaining an overview and managing multiple active tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the PMs in planning and executing project activities
  • Provide administrative support to the PSQ Management team
  • Keep track of goals and metrics within PSQ
  • Schedule meetings and events, which include preparing agendas, taking meeting notes and follow up on actions
  • Create professional presentations, project plans and other materials
  • Assists with planning f2f meetings, employee meetings, and other larger events

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within the Pharma/biotech industry
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Project, and Excel
  • Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Danish
