Job Description

This exciting leadership role will be responsible for planning and execution of operational expansion plan in middle east region, with an objective to establish clinical research framework, enabling CRG operational service delivery and will operate from UAE. This role will be working cross functionally across CRG to ensure the project achieves timelines, scope and objectives aligned with CRG operational, budgetary and STRAP objectives.

• Serves as the Project Lead and primary sponsor contact.

• Accountable for the overall delivery of the project (quality, time, cost) on behalf of the organization.

• Establishes and communicates customer expectations to the project team.

• Ensures that escalation pathways are adhered to internally and externally.

• Leads the cross functional project team to meet or exceed results.

• Serves as primary contact for this project and work with Project Sponsor managing internal and external partners and related communications to establish infrastructure required to enable clinical research operations and wil report into EMEA Clinical Operations organization.

• Ensures escalation pathways are adhered to to secure resolution and risk mitigation as needed.

• Accountable for the delivery of this cross functional project.

• Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Expert knowledge of relevant regulations, eg ICH/GCP, FDA guidelines, etc • Excellent organizational skills •

• Proven performance management abilities

• Excellent judgment and decision making skills

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Substainal interpersonal skills and problem solving ability

• Strong time management skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office

• Demonstrated ability to motivate and integrate teams and guide/mentor team member
