Job Description:Within COO CIB, you are part of the Global Markets department.As part of the Global Markets Chain governance, operating modes are changing, focusing on business value chains with a Front to Back to Risk to Finance to Compliance vision. You are a key element for the team in charge of facilitating this governance.On a daily basis, your mission is to:

• Proactively contribute to the management of the Global Markets Chain;
• Guarantee the good implementation of the defined governance, organize the implementation of the commitology, the advancement of topics, the good involvement of all actors;
• Take charge of some essential work upstream (process analysis, help express need, pre-analysis and scoping..);
• Manage and facilitate the various forums and committees appropriate for the smooth running of topics;
• Understand business issues and solutions to implement, relying on experts and architects if necessary. Be a proposal force on the processes and solutions to be implemented by ensuring compliance with budgets, schedules and overall consistency (end-to-end vision) of the proposed solutions, with the objective of industrialization, robustness and efficiency of the chain.
