PositionAIM Italy ricerca per la propria sede di Milano un/unaProject Leaderda inserire nel team Accommodation, che si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Gestione accommodation: rapporto con gli hotel ed i clienti per la gestione degli allotment per grandi eventi;
  • Selezione degli alberghi e delle catene alberghiere più adeguate alle necessità del congresso/evento;
  • Definizione delle politiche e dei canali di vendita online e non online;
  • Gestione del budget, contrattualistica di acquisto e vendita, cashflow di progetto e reportistica e rendicontazione;
  • Coordinamento del team di progetto;
  • Gestione di prenotazioni individuali;
  • Contatto degli sponsor per la vendita delle camere di gruppi e con agenzie terze;
  • Supervisione e coordinamento evento on-site.

Requirements

  • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni nella gestione e prenotazione di alberghi e catene alberghiere oppure housing agent;
  • Approfondita conoscenza del settore alberghiero;
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team;
  • Ottime capacità organizzative.
