Responsibilities:

-Leads medium/large change projects, including design change projects, to sustain and improve Operations
-Coordinates the activities of global functions such as clinical, regulatory, and stability.
-Use systematic techniques to create, support, and manage the development of project goals, schedules, and tasks.
-Monitor project progress to anticipate risks and develop solutions before they become critical
-Actively participate on cross-functional team and supports the completion of team deliverables
-Communicate effectively and review project milestones with key stakeholders as applicable
-Supports management in establishing goals and strategies
-Support Local Change Control Board meetings and the Change Control process as required

Requirements:

-2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in the medical devices sector
-Formal Production / Engineering Qualifications (Bachelor’s degree) or similar proven related work experience and/or degree
-Proven track record in project management and project leadership; capable of working independently
-Demonstrates working knowledge of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in accomplishing well-defined tasks
-Strong communication skills, with ability to articulate relevant technologies and processes to others in the technical group and provide project updates to non-technical key stakeholders
-Previous knowledge or experience in bonding technology, polymer film processing and material testing is preferred  
-Familiarity with Regulatory and Biosafety aspects of medical devices design and development is preferred
-Very good English language skills
