Your new role
As a Project Finance Intern in FP MSAT, you will play a vital supporting role in financial operations within one of our main packaging programs that underpins our global manufacturing and supply operations. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a large-scale pharmaceutical project environment while contributing to work that directly impacts millions of patients.
Day-to-day your tasks will include:

-Supporting budgeting processes and financial activities across complex global projects
-Preparing stakeholder reports and presentations that inform key business decisions
-Assisting with financial analysis and data management to ensure accuracy and reliability
-Managing multiple parallel finance tasks with attention to detail and timely delivery
-Engaging with stakeholders across the organisation in a systematic and professional manner
-Contributing to process improvements and exploring automation opportunities where relevant
-Learning and applying finance best practices in a pharmaceutical manufacturing context
Your new department
Final Product Manufacturing, Science & Technology (FPMSAT) is responsible for the manufacturing development of all devices and packaging-related processes. We explore new technologies, including robotics, for future production and operate a production unit for clinical production and process optimization.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a diligent and structured finance intern who thrives on detail and reliability.
You will bring with you:

-Currently pursuing a master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field
-Genuine interest in finance and eagerness theoretical knowledge in a real-world program and project setting
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple parallel tasks
-Excellent organisational skills and a structured approach to managing deadlines
-Confident communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels
-Proactive mindset with interest in process improvement and automation (advantageous)
-Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
