Project Engineer in Carugate, Italy

• You coordinate projects for the safety testing of motors and switches

• Your projects are based on UL and IEC standards or customer specifications

• You independently define the scope of the project and the test specification to be applied

• You develop the test plan and calculate the effort and thus the time frame of the project

• The projects may involve frequent travelling to carry out tests or to participate in tests at the customer’s premises

• Reviewing projects is also one of your tasks

• You communicate regularly with the customer and discuss the planning and implementation of the project

• You provide information on standard procedures and requirements

• You clarify technical questions and create project-related reports (English)

• University degree in engineering or completed training in a technical field such as mechanical engineering or automation technology

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of motors or switches

• Italian and English language skills min. B2 level (written and oral)

• Detailed knowledge of the technical vocabulary common to the appropriate discipline.

• Working knowledge of conformity standards in use in area of expertise.

• Demonstrated ability to apply project-handling concepts in use in area of expertise.
