The ISS Project Unit is part of Property Services, which is one of ISS’ largest business units measured by revenue. We provide specialized services for the development of our clients’ critical work environments. The quality of our service is ensured through the company’s strong “know-how,” which covers the entire life cycle of the property. Our internal collaboration enables our clients to implement comprehensive service management solutions in a flexible manner.Your tasks will amongst others include:
- Monitoring and evaluating the financial performance of our projects and costs.
- Forecasting and managing the monthly process for this.
- Monthly reporting and analysis of financial performance.
- Financial analyses of projects.
- Ad-hoc support to our managers and stakeholders, primarily on financial performance.
The position is at our customer location in Fredericia which is a prominent, global technology company. You must drive effective collaboration with clients and balance key stakeholder interests in a dynamic work environment which also offers flexibility to adapt to changing project demands.About youAs our Project Engineer, we imagine that you possess a combination of the following competencies:
- Previous work experience in project and cost management, with an appropriate technical educational background.
- Experience in the technology or construction industry.
- Proven ability to complete projects and deliver on budget and schedule.
- Fluent communication in English is essential.
- Dynamic, flexible, and result-oriented approach, with the ability to handle rapidly changing and challenging situations.
