Are you an experienced commercial profile ready to take operational responsibility towards our largest accounts? Are you also a skilled stakeholder manager able to match customer needs with our internal capabilities?If so, you may be our new colleague at Demant, where we are recruiting a Project Director in the Strategic Accounts & Private Label team.This role is key to our partnership efforts with some of our largest accounts, ensuring sales, customer satisfaction, and long-term relations. Through your interaction with accounts, you will bring insights and key actions back to our product development organization, ensuring that our offerings meet specific account needs.Operational Leadership and Strategic Partnerships
As our new Project Director, you will overlook projects in strategic accounts management, project & stakeholder management and to some extent, private label management.“You will be the cornerstone of account insights offering strong guidance to stakeholders across the organisation in regard to future account activities, product launch details and specific account requests”, says Mads and continues “We are currently looking into different initiatives addressing how we incorporate new customer demands, which will require a strong account management skill-set”.Strategic Account Management
You will own and manage the operational aspects towards some of Demant’s largest external accounts, cultivating a partnership-based approach by identifying, understanding, and solving specific operational account needs. You will contribute to the Demant account management framework by capturing relevant information and action plans of the account.Collaborating closely with the Strategic Account Director (Sales), you will track account performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements. Additionally, you will manage and organize customer engagement activities regarding roadmap planning and project deliveries, becoming a cornerstone of account understanding across the organization.Project & Stakeholder Engagement
You will partner with our US & International Sales Department to co-develop commercial plans and actions. Collaborating across Demant’s organization, including Product & Portfolio Management, R&D, QA, and Global Marketing, you will ensure account action plans are activated and delivery commitments met. You will oversee account-specific deliveries such as development projects, process improvements, and learning & training offerings. Furthermore, you will contribute to internal development and roadmap discussions reflecting account insights and needs.Privat Label Management
When relevant, you will work with the Private Label Programme for product portfolio development.You can expect to travel between 15-20 days annually.Welcome to Stretegic Accounts & Private Label
You will be a part of Strategic Accounts & Private Label, where we as a team engage effectively in supporting our business by developing and growing our strategic accounts through collaborative efforts between global and local functions, and ensure a profitable private label program based on business case potential and solid understanding of market and customer dynamics.
