Our client is WOLONG GROUP, one of the leading manufacturers of Power Drive System solutions and world’s 3rd largest producer of electric motors. We are looking for a:PROJECT CUSTOMER SERVICE – PROJECT BUSINESS LINEThe resource will collaborate with local Sales to develop new opportunities.Responsibilities:Prepare requests of quotation and relevant orders for internal factories and third parties;Transfer customers order execution procedures to factories projectmanagement teams;Coordinate the whole process flow in a project execution;Respond to customers’ complains and escalating issues;Manage the technical and commercial change orders;Control project schedule and documents in close cooperation withFactory engineering and PM teams and local Sales team;Facilitate project closeout reports and Project review meetings with customers;

Expected salary

€30000 – 40000 per year
