ESKO is looking for a Project Coordinator for the Benelux, French, Spanish and Italian region to coordinate with the customers, order handling, sales and the deployment team to fulfill and process the software and training orders. ESKO is recruiting for a Project Coordinator for the French – Spanish-Italian speaking region who is responsible for :

• Planning of software trainings, installations and deployments

• Communication with the customers and internal stakeholders.

• Handover of a project from sales and order handling, you will check if all info is available to plan the order in ServiceMax, choose the expert with the needed skills, align the planning with the customer, optimize the planning to use the time of the colleagues efficiently and hand off the order to the application engineers or solution architects.

• Follow up on process of the deployment and handle any change requests coming from the customer.

• You make sure the time of the application engineers is documented correctly and to keep an eye on the sold project budget.

• Your key focus will be on customer satisfaction, timely processing of the planning, transparent communication with the customer and any other stakeholder, delivery of projects on time as well as on budget and close collaboration with the deployment department.

You’re the one if:

• · You are fluent in French, Spanish and English. Knowledge of other European languages is considered as a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field and a couple of years of relevant experience and the interest to learn our products, we will train and educate you.

• You are customer-oriented. You listen and respond to customer needs, both internal and external customers.

• You are accurate and thorough and have an eye for detail.

• You possess Project Management skills/experience and know how to handle challenging planning situations.

• You have strong organizational skills, you love to work with multiple stakeholder and customers, have the drive to be the best and work pro active

• You have excellent communication skills and have a diplomatic approach.

• Experience with Salesforce, ServiceMax or other similar systems is a plus.

• You have a passion for helping others and like working in a (remote) team

• This job can be done remote from any EU country in Europe, willingness to travel to HQ in Belgium occasionally
