The Position

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

-Developing and implementing Multichannel Customer Engagement strategies to drive dynamic digital marketing in collaboration with Brand Managers.
-Creating and updating communication materials for internal and external use.
-Coordinating marketing material creation with external partners and managing the material certification processes.
-Organizing events and activities according to the project plan, including coordinating with external partners and handling operational arrangements.
-Supporting sustainability work and communication in the affiliate.
 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you are a junior profile or fresh graduate, with a Bsc. in Social Science, Marketing, Communications or any related field and few years of experience in administrative work and stakeholders’ coordination.

In addition, you have:

-Familiarity with digital tools and project management methods.
-Good social and collaboration skills.
-Fast adaptation and self-leadership skills.
-Fluency in Finnish and proficient in English both written and spoken.
