As Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Components PMO team providing support to the project managers. Your main focus will be on being part of the cross organisational new device projects anchored in the Components PMO team.The overall project team is responsible for developing new manufacturing processes and equipment for testing and production of components for new devices.The position comes with a wide array of tasks, but your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinating tasks and deliverables between project team members and stakeholders outside the project.
- Collecting and compiling input to monthly reporting on key deliverables, milestones, financial spend and project risks.
- Supporting the Project Manager and the project team with filing out and maintaining documents related to the projects, budgeting and creation, and updates on project plans.
- Coordinating between different stakeholders, when changes occur in the projects, and ensuring that all relevant documents are in control and followed up on.
- Being part of creating and maintaining tools, templates and “ways of working” together with colleagues from the PMO team.
You will be welcomed into a team of 17 and will be in close collaboration with the Project Manager, leading and bridging coordination across the project team.Qualifications
Your experiences include:
- Ideally you hold a degree in Engineering, Business or similar with experience in Project Coordination.
- We are also open to newly educated individuals with a degree or those without a degree with several years working as a Project Coordinator.
- A flair for/ prior knowledge working in projects and have a desire to learn about the technical aspects of the packaging projects.
- Good communication skills to build relations with stakeholders cross functionally.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English.
It would be considered an advantage if have experience in:
- Working in pharmaceuticals/ other regulated environments.
- Creating and working with templates for standardised work and LEAN working.
- Experience within process development working with materials or working with the implementation of production equipment.

You are curious, and eager to learn with the ability to navigate when the path is not yet well established.You have strong execution, communication and collaboration skills and a proven ability to collaborate within a complex organisation. You easily build trust in your relationships and get commitment from internal and external stakeholders with the confidence to challenge the status quo.
About the department Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) is responsible for the manufacturing development of all devices and packaging-related processes. We explore new technologies, including robotics, for future production and operate a production unit for clinical production and process optimisation.
