BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.Main Responsibilities:As Project Coordinator, under the joint responsibility of the Network Development Manager and the NSC France Country Manager, the employee is responsible forimplementing all stages of a project in accordance with the specifications. The responsibilities include project planning, definition of execution deadlines and management of material and human resources. * Contact customers on the cooperation process, sales/orders, logistics and other subjects concerned, as well as managing customer requirements.

  • Coordinate several projects with various partners aimed at achieving the company’s objective.
  • Coordinate each stage of the cooperation process (for example, contract, invoicing, planning dates in consultation with the international planning team, preparation of participants and consultants, surveys, etc.). permanently use the progress of commercial development, by providing periodic monitoring of partners’ performance.
  • Ensure the connection with the members of the project team and provide suggestions or solutions to unforeseen problems if necessary.
  • Support project and program managers in planning and project administration, organizational support for various activities.
  • support the sales team on various organizational subjects.
  • Be the BYD ambassador in your field of responsibility.
  • And all other tasks assigned by your manager.This list of functions and responsibilities is not exhaustive but adaptable to the structural and economic development of the Company.
