IOM in Poland implements projects aimed at the private sector to promote ethical recruitment, respect for the rights of migrants and migrant women as well as the elimination of forced labour from value chains and the prevention of human trafficking.Context:Under the direct supervision of the Field Coordinator and technical supervision of the Programme Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible to liaise with private employers to support the inclusion in the labour market of beneficiaries of the Labour Mobility and Social Inclusion Programme as well assist in implementation of the Labour Mobility and Social Inclusion Programme.Core Functions / Responsibilities: * Conduct market research and undertake desk review and analysis to feed the mapping of prospective employers across Poland.

LanguagesFor this position fluency in English and Polish is required (oral and written).
