Project Architect, Lead Residential, Commercial, and Education ProjectsPermanentSalary: £35,000 – £60,000 A dynamic and collaborative architectural practice is seeking a talented and ambitious Project Architect to oversee a mix of residential, commercial, and educational projects. This role is ideal for a Part III Architect with a minimum of three years post-ARB/RIBA registration experience, looking to take charge of projects from concept through to completion. You’ll join an award-winning firm of like-minded creatives based in a vibrant South London location, surrounded by parks, bars, and excellent transport links.Key Responsibilities for this Project Architect Role
- Registered ARB Architect with a minimum of three years of post-registration experience.
- Proficient in Revit, with at least two years of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and educational projects covering all RIBA Stages (0-7).
- Demonstrated experience leading both residential and commercial projects within London.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage projects and teams independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
- In-depth understanding of contract administration and project execution processes.
- Ability to merge creative design with commercial objectives.
Responsibilities for this Project Architect Role
- Lead a variety of residential and commercial projects from the initial concept to final completion.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Oversee contract administration, ensuring high standards of project execution.
- Utilize advanced Revit skills to contribute to both the design and delivery of projects.
- Drive projects with a focus on both creative excellence and commercial viability.
