HAUS CareersExperienced and friendly Project Architect for design focused young practice, for education sector, to work in RevitJob # 12471Job Title: Project Architect for design focused young practice, for education sector, to work in RevitSalary Guide: £38,000 – £50,000Summary:Experienced and friendly Project Architect required to join central London team to work on mixture of residential and education projects, all in RevitThe Role:This role is for an experienced Project Architect who can hit the ground running on their own education projects.
This candidate will likely be three years plus qualification and have experience leading projects through all RIBA stages.You will be running projects from 0-7 in Revit, with a focus on education, college/school projects, as well as mixed in with some residential.
This role gives the opportunity to see your designs through to construction and handover within a fun and ambitious team.The role requires you to have a thorough knowledge of Revit with at least 3 years use on live projects. This is a must!This is a very fun and social office, so the candidate should be happy to work with teams with the appropriate leadership skills. You should have client facing experience and be accustomed to choreographing teams internally and externally on site.The Candidate:The candidate should meet the following criteria:
- ARB and RIBA part III accredited
- With a minimum 3 years UK/ London experience in a similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of Revit with a minimum of 3 years use on live projects
- Should be able to back up all their experience in a well presented portfolio – attention to detail is key, no typos, well presented and feel free to include hand drawings too. This is a means of communication within this practice.
- Experience on large scale London projects
- Experience leading meetings with clients and the internal design team
- On site experience – managing teams
- Creative flair – you should be confident contributing to the design process as well as have the knowledge for the technical side as the project progresses.
- The successful candidate should be enthusiastic and keen to take ownership of projects
