Project and Sales Administrator

A company with an outstanding reputation for being the leader within their field is currently looking to recruit a Project & Sales Administrator to join their friendly, professional team. This will be a fantastic opportunity where you will be working in a small team liaising with customers and suppliers as well as a number of internal stakeholders. You must enjoy a role where you take responsibility within a number of areas. To be considered for this role you will need to have strong computer skills. Previous Administrative experience is ideal.

The Project and Sales Admin Role

In this role, you will be working in a small team responsible for providing Sales Admin Support to the Brand Manager, with key duties including:

  • Liaising with suppliers and customers
  • Producing quotes
  • Processing customer orders
  • Processing invoices
  • Booking travel
  • Arranging international shipments / tracking shipments

You will be working in a lovely office, where you can really make this job your own.

The Ideal Candidate

In order to be considered for this Administrator role, you will need to be highly organised with ideally strong previous Admin experience in a similar role. You must be able to multi-task and have a can-do attitude. It is vital that you are a strong communicator with the ability to problem solve and build relationships. Strong IT skills are essential as is the ability to take responsibility for your own workload. Previous knowledge of Customs requirements would be a distinct advantage.
