You will be responsible for managing projects that span new product and campaign releases, impacting both customers and internal operations. Additionally, you will oversee in-house process optimization and automation efforts, ensuring that all initiatives align with our Customer Quality Standards. Your role will focus on delivering projects on-time, within scope, and within budget, while driving efficiency and maintaining the highest level of service for our customers.What You’ll Do:
- Stakeholder & Information Flow Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and transparency across all project phases. Within our department this also means ensuring all teams are set up and aligned on what is needed in terms of e.g. internal/ external communication, training and tooling needs.
- Live Support on Project Rollouts: Provide hands-on support during project launches, particularly those that impact internal operations or customer experiences, ensuring successful implementation without disruption.
- Documentation, Reporting & Cost Management: Develop comprehensive project documentation, provide accurate reports, and manage budgets to ensure project costs are within allocated limits.
- Risk Prevention: Identify potential risks early in the process, implement preventive measures, and ensure contingency plans are in place to mitigate impact on operations and customers.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure that everyone is aligned with the project goals, processes are efficient, and any cross-functional challenges are promptly addressed.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Keep the customer at the forefront of every decision, ensuring that project outcomes enhance the overall customer experience while contributing to Tibber’s mission of providing smarter energy solutions.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in project and process management, ideally within a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and an ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Hands-on experience with live project rollouts, particularly those impacting internal teams or external customers.
- Solid understanding of documentation, reporting, and cost management methodologies.
- Excellent risk management capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks before they become issues.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and foster strong teamwork.
- Customer-centric thinking, with a passion for improving customer outcomes through efficient and thoughtful project management.
