Due to exceptional growth in student numbers, we are seeking to recruit additional Progress Coaches to support our full-time students within our Health and Social Care curriculum area. In this vital role, you’ll support students’ personal development, performance, and progression as part of the curriculum delivery team through group and individual coaching, support and education, liaising with relevant stakeholders. You will co-design and deliver a programme that supports students’ transition into adulthood, equipping them with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to become exceptional young adults ready to face challenges that come their way, and make a positive contribution to their community as well as their chosen industry. This will complement the delivery of the vocational aspect of the courses.
