Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a programme or curriculum area, including student recruitment, content design, and monitoring quality indicators.
- Delivering engaging and inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment practices to inspire students and help them achieve their goals.
- Supporting and guiding students to achieve academic success and develop the skills required for their future careers.
- Managing day-to-day operational coordination of courses, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to quality standards.
