Core Responsibilities

  • The role will be 80% supporting the Global Programmatic Manager to maintain always-on programmatic activations for LEGO Retail, and 20% focused on supporting the activation of first-party audience across LEGO Retail performance marketing.

  • Collaborate with the external media agency team to guide on programmatic advertising best practices including, but not limited to, campaign set-up, brand safety, audience, and creative implementation.

  • Support in the coordination with regional digital marketing teams to deliver effective and efficient programmatic marketing activations across the conversion funnel, especially as we expand into new markets.

  • Support in driving the test and learn roadmap for programmatic advertising with a focus on exploring more first-party audience opportunities and alternative cookieless solutions to targeting and measurement.

  • Maintain a close relationship with the marketing product teams to understand audience parameters available for activation as new audience adtech is onboarded.

  • Support the Senior Digital Audience Manager and performance marketing channel leads to interpret an audience brief through to activation.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Hands-on experience with third-party marketing platforms such as; Google Ads, Google DV360, Google CM360 and Meta Business Manager.

  • Experience of working with first-party audience data.

  • Experience working with audience tech such as a DMP or CDP – the LEGO Group are currently working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Twilio Segment.

  • A passion for audience adtech and developing further into this space.

  • Familiarity with performance marketing strategies to drive growth.

  • Strong knowledge of data-led audience identification.

  • Working knowledge of global data protection policies.
