The Programmable Tech Support – HVAC is responsible for providing technical support, customization, and implementation of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) solutions tailored to meet specific customer needs. This role requires a combination of advanced technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of HVAC systems and control software.

Responsibilities:

˗ Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customers’ technical requirements and propose customized HVAC solutions.

˗ Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including system parameterization, application analysis, and component selection.

˗ Participate in the configuration and optimization of HVAC systems on-site, ensuring optimal performance.

˗ Support troubleshooting of technical issues both remotely and locally, and oversee the installation and commissioning of systems.

˗ Collaborate with the R&D and Product Management teams to enhance the company’s technical offerings.

˗ Deliver technical training to customers, OEMs, partners, and internal staff on the use and maintenance of HVAC systems.

Requirements:

˗ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields.

˗ 2-5 years of experience in a technical role related to HVAC systems (parameterization, installation, or technical support).

˗ Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics principles applied to HVAC systems.

˗ Familiarity with industrial programming software (e.g., ISaGRAF) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HVAC simulation software.

˗ Excellent proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken).

˗ Experience with electronic controls and HVAC applications (PLC, BMS) and communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet).

˗ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

˗ Excellent communication skills, teamwork attitude, customer focus, and attention to detail.

˗ Flexibility, adaptability to international contexts, and willingness to travel abroad.
