Come nuovo/a membro del Programma Future Talent di Tesla, ricoprirai un ruolo chiave nella nostra missione di “Costruire un mondo di abbondanza sostenibile”, diventando parte della prossima generazione di talenti Tesla.

Attraverso questo programma, avrai l’opportunità di conoscere in prima persona i principali ruoli entry-level offerti da Tesla, con il supporto di mentor esperti del settore che ti accompagneranno in ogni fase.

Importante: L’ultima fase del processo di selezione per questo programma sarà una valutazione di gruppo in presenza, programmata per metà aprile 2026.

What You’ll Do

Avrai l’opportunità di partecipare a un programma accelerato, progettato internamente, che ti permetterà di ruotare tra i nostri dipartimenti chiave. I tuoi progressi e performance saranno valutati in ogni ruolo, fornendoti gli strumenti e le competenze necessarie per sviluppare la tua carriera professionale oltre i 12 mesi del programma.

Cerchiamo candidati motivati, proattivi e desiderosi di imparare, disposti ad assumere responsabilità fin dal primo giorno, a collaborare in progetti strategici per l’azienda, a superare gli obiettivi e a proporre idee fresche e innovative che generino un impatto reale.

Durante il programma, vivrai da vicino la quotidianità dei seguenti dipartimenti (potrebbero esserci variazioni in base alle esigenze aziendali):

Vendite: Accompagnerai e consiglierai i clienti durante il processo di acquisto iniziale.

Consegne Veicoli: Supporto nel nostro centro consegne più vicino per garantire un’esperienza di consegna indimenticabile.

Operazioni Regionali: Vedrai tutto ciò che accade “dietro le quinte” per assicurare un’esperienza cliente perfetta.

Rotazione a Scelta Libera: L’ultima fase del programma, personalizzata in base ai tuoi interessi e al possibile ruolo futuro in Tesla.

Ma non è tutto qui. Insieme al nostro team di leadership, con un approccio personalizzato e in base alle tue performance, potrai definire il tuo percorso professionale in Tesla. Al termine del programma, avrai l’opportunità di candidarti internamente a qualsiasi posizione aperta che si adatti alle tue competenze e aspirazioni.

Patente di guida valida in Italia o nell’UE

Fluente in italiano e livello intermedio di inglese

Elevata capacità organizzativa, adattabilità e orientamento alla risoluzione dei problemi.

Flessibilità per viaggiare regolarmente in altri centri o eventi Tesla, inclusi possibili spostamenti ricorrenti nel tuo centro più vicino durante alcune rotazioni di ruolo (in base alle esigenze del tuo luogo di lavoro e della rotazione attuale)

È essenziale non essere iscritti o frequentare studi a tempo pieno durante l’intera durata del programma. Al momento, non accettiamo candidature di studenti in anno sabbatico.

As the newest member of Tesla’s Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission to ‘build a world of amazing abundance’ and forming the next generation of Tesla talent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those who’d like to experience all the key entry-level roles we have on offer here at Tesla, and you’ll receive expert career mentorship from industry professionals who are passionate about helping you succeed every step of the way.

Please note the final stage of this recruitment process will be an in-person group assessment day hosted in mid-April 2026.

Responsibilities

This is your chance to enrol onto our in-house fast-track programme schedule, providing you with a challenging, yet exciting, hands-on opportunity to rotate around all our core departments. Your progression & performance will be reviewed at each key department rotation, equipping you with all the tools & skills required to succeed, and allowing you to further grow and develop your skills beyond the 12-month programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated self-starters who thrive in taking accountability for their own learning & development to: support key business functions and projects, meet and exceed targets, and contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to drive real change.

As part of this single fast-track programme, you’ll have the opportunity to experience all our following core business functions. Whilst this format may change be subject to business needs, the core departments you can expect to experience include:

Sales: Supporting & educating customers during their initial purchase journey

Delivery: Travelling to your closest Tesla Delivery hub to ensure customers have an exceptional vehicle collection experience

Customer Operations: Peek behind the scenes & see what goes into providing a seamless customer experience

Elective Rotation: The final stepping-stone. This rotation will correlate with your potential future role post-programme

Your journey doesn’t end with the programme. Working alongside our people-focused leadership team, subject to your performance & progression, you’ll have the opportunity to map out your potential future career trajectory within Tesla. Upon completion of the programme you will be given the opportunity to apply for any available full-time roles that align with your strengths and aspirations.

Requirements

Currently holding a full Italy or EU Driving Licence

Fluent in Italian & intermediate level of English

Eager to embrace a fast-paced multi-departmental programme with unyielding enthusiasm

A friendly, open demeanour with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

An excellent multi-tasker with proven problem-solving abilities

Ability to maintain professionalism and always represent Tesla in a positive manner

Willingness to travel to different Tesla locations and/or events on a regular basis (dependent on your home site location, please note you may be required to commute to your closest available Tesla hub as part of your delivery rotation)

Not be in full-time education when the programme starts (we are also currently unable to hire gap year students)
