The Automation Lead is responsible for driving the implementation and scale-up of automation and digitization of business processes, managing the overall initiative funnel to support the organization’s strategic goals.
Your Impact

-You manage the automation business process improvement funnel by overseeing automation processes and prioritizing activities
-You analyze processes to identify efficiency improvement opportunities through standardization, automation, offshoring or outsourcing
-You design solutions by supporting development and implementation of automation using tools like Robotic Process Automation and AI
-You lead improvement projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and engage stakeholders
-You drive Automation Scale-Up by implementing long-term automation strategies to support a digital-first business model
Your Experience and Qualifications
-Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business process automation or a related role
-Relevant certifications in automation technologies (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
-Capability of understanding and leveraging technology to complete work with awareness of latest innovations in technology and automation
-Ability to work cross-functionally between business and IT and manage stakeholders to implement automation-enabled initiatives

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
