Professional Marketing Manager – Oral Healthcare

This role is part of the Western Europe Oral Healthcare Professional team and plays a crucial role within the OHC community. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing Sonicare as the most often recommended power toothbrush among dental professionals. In addition, they will localize and implement the Personal Health Western Europe Region Professional strategy to ultimately reach our MOR targets; working closely with Professional colleagues in the region to implement these initiatives.

Your role:

•Localization and executing the Western Europe OHC Professional Marketing Strategy and prioritize activities with higher MOR impact for the local zone. Continuously evaluates the performance of the marketing plan and pro-actively drive short- and long-term corrective actions where needed

•Selects and organizes the participation at professional events & congresses to engage with the professional target audience

•Ensures alignment of brand- and marketing approach in the E2E processes between local consumer- and professional marketing and activate the deployed toolkits for NPI and MOR growht

•Collaborates with Western Europe Team to define locally relevant professional marketing deliverables, product portfolio, and business models

•Localization of marketing material for dental professionals (folders/ flyers to hand out/ advertisements etc)

•Localize and execute WEU digital go-to-market strategy along with a local content and engagement strategy

•Manage digital engagement tools (e.g. Marketing CRM, Philips Store for Professionals, Hub page) to drive funnel conversion and loyalty loop

•Collaborates with Western Europe team to ensure the Philips Zoom strategic Growth plan is in place. Manage distribution, forecast and identifying local opportunities to drive the whitening business.

•Managing the AnP Marketing and Sampling budget

•Alignment with local legal and regulatory department on medical / approved claims content

In this role you will be reporting into the Professional Marketing Leader for OHC and collaborating with other Marketing Managers as well as a field based team.
